Carole’s major focus is partnering with clients to leverage and expand their traits, execute transitions and realise transformations. Her diverse industry knowledge – nationally and internationally, extensive coaching ability and calm strength helps clients make meaning, gain clarity, explore options, craft strategies and develop resources. This enables them to take effective action, achieve goals and deliver solid commercial outcomes.

Carole works with individuals in transition – such as moving to a new role, organisation, country or acombination. The heart of the coaching is on rapid assimilation so the focus can then shift to the achievement the coachee’s and the organisation’s goals.

Similarly, she also works with teams in transition. These may be newly formed or reformatted teams that need to deliver on (any or all) establishing their mandate, organising and collaborating, connecting with stakeholders and capturing learning.

Carole also works with ‘rising stars’, honing and expanding their judgement, capability and capacity to accelerate performance. This was evidenced in Carole’s involvement as Lead Coach in the ground breaking ASX200 Chairmen’s Mentoring Program.

You can have it all…just not necessarily all at once

Feedback from Carole’s individual and group clients strongly validates the value of her grounded presence, further adding that she provokes their thinking and provides critical support as they transition and transform. Recognising her work with leaders, Carole is a published author including co authoring, “Mastering the Art of Leadership” and contributing to “Women in New Business Leadership”. She maintains special interest in the development of coaching cultures and in coach professional development. This includes partnering with client organisations to develop the coaching capability of internal coaches.

It also encompasses provision of Professional Supervision for coaches and mentors so as to enhance their practise, which in turn facilitates enhanced coachee and organisational outcomes. In this domain, Carole presents at local and international coaching industry forums. Carole is the co-founder of The Edge Partnership and was previously a Partner of Praesta Australia and Asia Pacific.
